Duty Manager - Hotel

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Duty Manager with hotel experience, for their 4* luxury hotel, rosette restaurant and wedding venue which is part of a group of hotels. The property is high profile and prestigious, serving quality cuisine to guests and delegates.


Purpose of the role

The Duty Manager will be the face of the business ensuring that all operational areas are performing correctly and dealing with any issues that arise. The key responsibilities of the role are:

•Managing and training staff

•Managing guest expectations and queries

•Effective problem resolution

•Overseeing the restaurant and managing events as necessary

•Ensure the smooth running of the business during duty management shift

•Reporting to the operations manager

•Shifts on weekly rota basis 5 out of 7 days including weekends

·The hotel is offering the successful Duty Manager a salary of up to £25,000

·Salaried 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends and evenings as required
