Waiter / Waitress - About Our Client

Charming, modern mezze restaurant in Central London, serving dishes and drinks inspired by the flavours of the eastern Mediterranean coast is looking for a Front of House member (Waiter or Waitress). This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy and fast paced environment restaurant where promotions from within are the norm.

Purpose of the role - Waiter / Waitress

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and bar spaces.
• Keep the bar organised & stocked.

Desired Experience and Knowledge – Waiter / Waitress

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A requisite for a well-groomed appearance.
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
