HR Administrator

We are looking for applicants who are willing to learn, who are people centred and who bring a positive attitude.
The successful applicant must be a team player who can equally work on their own initiative, and meet the following criteria:

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Maintaining our employee database and files
Creating induction packs and assisting with new starter inductions
Regular audits of employee data ensuring the legal compliance and up to date information
Actively assisting the management of sickness, recording information and chasing return to work forms.
The processing and monitoring of holiday requests.
Administrative support, assistance in the production of letters, spreadsheets, reports and much more
Involvement in other HR projects as and when required

About You:

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills with good attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be able to demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy, a meticulous and organised approach to their workload and the ability to form good working relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Methodological thinker with attention to detail
Proactive and independent worker with the ability to prioritise
Team player with a can-do attitude
Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
Administration experience is a must.

Salary £16-18k
