Landis is an innovative online real estate platform. We help institutional investors acquire and manage portfolios of single family homes. We are recruiting full-stack Python engineers.

Engineers will gain exposure to all aspects of engineering in the context scaling a young, tech-focussed, data-driven startup. Specific tasks include:

• Contribute to all phases of web development including ideation, prototyping, design and implementation
• Apply your technical expertise to make intelligent and pragmatic design decisions
• Team up with data scientists to implement data-driven products
• Work directly with the founders to set the technology and architectural roadmap
• Play an active role in hiring and mentoring other members of the team

We ask for 2+ years of experience in web development, with deep knowledge of Python and common libraries. Front-end experience (e.g. React) is preferred. Knowledge of real estate technology and entrepreneurship is a plus, but not required. Most important are technical capabilities, communication skills, resourcefulness and the drive to make a difference.
