Job Description

Should Involve in end to end recruitment.

Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills

Must be a Graduate from any stream.

Good understanding of IT technologies

Excellent negotiation skills

Should be able to take directions and deliver as per the expectations

Highly driven and genuinely interested in making career in the staffing world

Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process.

Must have extensive knowledge on tax terms C2C, W2, 1099

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADS, H1B & TN Visa Holders

Experience in sourcing relevant profiles from job portals , job postings, mass mailing, database, groups etc.

Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.

Understanding & analysing the requirement of the position

Excellent analytical, presentation and highly adaptable to new technologies.

Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.

Ability to network, build and maintain relationships

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.

Good communication skills - Written & Verbal (fluency in English)

Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
