• Correspond with U.S. and international outside counsel, and prepare and/or file documents and supporting materials, relating to prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and international trademark portfolio. 
• Assist with preparing documents for all aspects of proceedings, including evidence of use, supporting affidavits
• Review and docket worldwide watch service notices
• Research third party marks
• Assist, as needed, in special projects
• Provide due diligence trademark support for corporate transactions
