Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Retail Visual Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of visual merchandising and store presentation across our Retail locations. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of visual strategies, implementing standardized processes and ensuring that consistency in visual execution and communication are upheld. In this role, you will play an integral part in our Retail division’s visual communication strategy to ensure clear, concise and timely distribution of information. This role will also continuously assess operational efficiencies and work cross-functionally to create and refine process improvements. The ideal candidate is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and possesses strong relationship-building skills to influence and inspire others.
This position requires being on-site full time, Monday to Friday.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Engaging (in both directions) with Retail partners in a way that seeks to improve the performance of yourself and the team around you
- Supporting the Visual Merchandising department in all operational functions to ensure projects are on track
- Working closely with Retail and cross-functional partners; actively communicating to anticipate and address potential risks to projects
- Managing various requests for visual assets, communicating requirements, establishing priorities and establishing project timelines; ensuring completion of projects from start to finish
- Showing adaptability and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to adjust and prioritize tasks in response to last-minute changes or incoming requests
- Streamlining standard operating procedures by identifying opportunities and selecting optimal communication strategies for each project
- Writing, editing and proofreading division-wide memos, videos and newsletters
- Continuously updating and maintaining database information, ensuring the platforms are consistently maintained for accuracy
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Retail or Operations role; in-store experience and/or Visual Merchandising background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), SharePoint
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and InDesign preferred
- Ability to work both independently and in partnership with a team
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others
- Innovative thinker and creative problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
