Job Description

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and advancing our Salesforce platform to drive business efficiency and enhance customer relationship management. The position requires leveraging expertise to collaborate with various Lakeshore teams to implement and maintain solutions that align with business objectives. Applicants should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

A day on the job looks like this: 

  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices and recommend optimizations to improve system performance 
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements 
  • Collaborate with developers for more complex customization requirements 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing, de-duplication and regular data maintenance 
  • Create and maintain data imports, exports and data-migration processes 
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management and key metrics 
  • Support and train end users on how to create and utilize reports and dashboards 
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems 
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users 
  • Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting issues and technical challenges 
  • Understand Salesforce releases and updates and how they will impact the Sales team and Lakeshore overall 
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features and functionalities 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • Mid-level experience (2–4 years) as a Salesforce Specialist 
  • Sharp communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
