Job Description

We are in search of outcome-oriented manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment while giving excellent support to the team and providing superb customer service.  

The CCP Service Group (CSG) Manager will guide the decisions made in our day-to-day operations. In this role you will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to guide the team to the most cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience analyzing data, strategic planning, and workflow efficiencies, as well as superb communication, training, and interpersonal skills to support department growth and development. Since you’ll be working closely with a variety of cross-functional teams both internal and external, excellent collaboration skills are also a must. This position a hybrid of work from home and office position. You must be available to be on-site at our Carson headquarters when needed.  

A day in the office looks like this: 

  • Coaching, training, mentoring, and developing team members   
  • Supporting the daily operations of the CSG Team and the Sales Support Department  
  • Assisting team members in problem-solving with the ability to jump in and collaborate to create fast resolutions  
  • Overseeing vendor collaboration, rate negotiations and national account agreements  
  • Analyzing reports and examining workflows  
  • Recognizing and rewarding team achievements—big and small  
  • Positively and proactively managing team members  
  • Coaching, training, mentoring, and developing team members  
  • Driving the continuous process improvement mission regarding productivity and quality output  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of progressive people management experience required 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels  
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with an outcome-oriented mindset  
  • Must be able to work in multiple programs and experience with Salesforce is a plus   
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams  
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to teach their direct reports how to be the same 
  • Positive customer service–oriented mindset  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail

  • Salary: $72,000-$90,000 with an annual bonus of up to 15%
