Job Description

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Product Enhancement Developer to join our team. We dedicate 50% of our efforts towards enhancing the quality of our existing products, constantly striving for innovation and perfection. Moreover, we actively collaborate with new vendors to validate and expand our most critical product lines, ensuring that our business keeps up with its rapid growth. By doing so, we guarantee that our customers always have seamless access to the products they need, and we consistently exceed their expectations. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to manage products through the product enhancement cycle to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The position also requires monitoring timelines and assessing inventory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail to drive quality products. Applicants also should possess a solid understanding of data analysis and the ability to evaluate customer perspectives. 

A day in the office looks like this: 

  • Improving existing products to better serve our customers 
  • Ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and safety 
  • Working with planning and supply chain teams 
  • Informing various levels of the organization and team members of project progress, as well as any concerns or project risks 
  • Developing professional skill sets associated with Lakeshore product development and enhancement standards 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2 or more years of product development experience required 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Sharp eye for details 
  • Experience with data analysis 

Additional Information

  • Salary: $64,000-$105,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
