Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a CMS E-Commerce Specialist to help maintain and enhance the Lakeshore website, a comprehensive resource with hundreds of dynamic pages and thousands of SKUs. In this key role, you will create and/or edit content using basic HTML and manage product content within our content management system (Oracle/ATG Experience Manager). No coding or web design is required—but applicants should have an eagle eye for detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A day in the office looks like this:
- Working alongside the greater E-Commerce team, assisting in content creation and implementation of strategic enhancements to drive incremental revenue
- Providing day-to-day maintenance and content management, including updating product information, the homepage, landing pages and featured content across the site
- Executing page content updates for multiple product line releases
- Executing content setup for multiple user segments
- Overseeing tracking parameters for analytics
- Maintaining all digital assets in an asset management system
- Creating and editing web content using basic HTML and our CMS
- Maintaining synchronization between systems
- Working closely with the Development team to set up, test and document training for new site features
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with HTML and CSS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Oracle/ATG Experience Manager or a similar CMS; experience with responsive design a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Figma or similar design system
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Adobe Dynamic Media or similar asset management system
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience running or maintaining an e-commerce store; familiarity with key e-commerce metrics
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, leveraging Excel and other data analysis tools
