We are currently searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work on-site at our Carson headquarters. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional attention to detail. The ability to provide above-and-beyond customer service is essential. We’re looking for a solutions-oriented individual who is eloquent and extremely organized, with perfectionist standards.

Skills and background? Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• 2-3 years of customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Experience with “Live Chat” is a plus 
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
• Positive customer service-oriented attitude
• Professional verbal communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• Experience corresponding with customers through e-mail and social media
• Exceptional follow-through
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to process a high volume of inbound calls daily
