Job Description

Duration: 2 weeks (Winter Semester Break)

Labournet is offering an exciting opportunity for a Labour Law Intern to gain practical, hands-on experience during our Winter Internship Programme. This short-term programme is designed to provide exposure to real-world labour law and HR practices within a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Learning Areas

  • Exposure to labour law processes, including disciplinary and performance-related matters
  • Assisting with research on employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Supporting the preparation of documentation related to labour relations cases
  • Observing and learning from experienced HR and legal professionals

Qualifications

  • Currently studying towards the final year of an undergraduate or honours degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Law, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance and a keen interest in labour law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
