Loading Bay Operative/Furniture Assembler
Job Description
Labour 24/7 are an employment business acting on behalf of our Swinton based client who due to growth in business can offer a great opportunity for a permanent role within the company for a Loading Bay Operative/Furniture Assembler.
One of the main duties for the role will be to load and unload vehicles of furniture for goods in/out department.
You will also be required to assemble the furniture when received.
You will use a screw gun and power drill to assemble the furniture.
This is a very physical role so only need apply if you can physically lift throughout your working day.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Overtime available throughout the week and weekends.
X1.5 After 40 hours per week and Saturday work. X2 Sundays
Wage will start at £7.83 and will be reviewed after 3 months.
Ability to work in cold environment an advantage as you will be working on the loading bays which is open throughout the day.
