The Retail Innovation team at Parfums Christian Dior is leading the evolution of luxury fashion beauty and fragrance through the exploration and testing of new and distinctive retail experiences and models across Direct, Wholesale, and Digital, to further enrich client relationships with the Maison.

Job Description

The Temp Coordinator, Retail & Operations will be an integral member of the North America Retail Innovation team, serving as key support in the execution of new retail concepts, including boutiques and pop-ups, always considering a luxury, omnichannel client experience. This role will require organization, agility, consistency, resourcefulness and resilience to deliver operational excellence throughout all stages of planning and execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintain store opening operations tracker (including vendor tracker) with key dates & deliverables, with regular updates to Retail & Operations team.
•Support Retail & Operations team with on-the-ground operations in advance of and during openings. Support Retail Ops management with pop-ups, events and store openings, including organizing agenda, minutes, and action items for weekly 360 meetings.
•Be a point of contact for store staff at boutiques.
•Support in build out and implementation of onboarding and training materials for field teams.
•Maintain store Google Business Profiles with latest hours and launch updates.
•Support communication with outside vendors, and schedules.
•Code Retail Operations invoices.
•Additional administrative support as needed for Retail Innovation leadership.
•Promote a positive, united work environment within the team and across departments while challenging status quo.

Qualifications

•2+ years of retail operations experience. Ideally with experience in beauty and fragrances, vertical retail, D2C, and / or luxury fashion environment.
•Strong time management and prioritization skills. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
•Maintains composure and remains solutions-oriented even in high pressure, ambiguous situations.
•Able to distinguish which issues, dependencies, and risks are critical and demonstrate flexibility when prioritizing.
•Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to wear multiple hats and be hands-on and in the details.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Organized & detail-oriented.
•Sense of urgency is critical.
•Self-starter, ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for their work.
•Passion for the beauty and fragrances industry, competitive landscape & trends.
•Proficient in POS & inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•Experience working with a foreign parent company a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Candidate must be available to work in New York City.
•Ability to work a full-time, but potentially varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
•Up to 25% travel required.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $65,000-$80,000.
