Job Description
Support the growth and optimization of the E-Retail business across LATAM through performance tracking and reporting, market coordination, strategic execution support, CRM and client development initiatives, and the implementation of innovative tools and projects to enhance business performance, client experience, and competitive positioning.
Performance Tracking, Reporting & Market Intelligence
o Monitor E-Retail performance across LATAM markets, gathering and analyzing data to track KPIs including sales, rankings,
traffic, conversion, media performance, and campaign results.
o Consolidate insights, reports, recaps, and post-mortem analyses to support business follow-up and regional performance
reviews.
o Conduct Circana analysis, competitive monitoring, and market trend tracking to identify growth opportunities,
performance gaps, and business risks across retailers, categories, and markets.
o Track media performance and investment efficiency across retailers and campaigns to support optimization opportunities.
o Develop cross-market benchmarks, competitive insights, and best practice sharing to support regional business
performance.
Market Alignment & Launch Coordination
o Lead monthly calls with markets, ensuring proper follow-up on launches, animations, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
o Debrief markets on launches, animations, campaign priorities, and retailer visibility opportunities to ensure alignment across LATAM markets.
o Coordinate launch calendars, execution plans, and retailer priorities by market to support timely and accurate implementation.
o Participate alongside markets in retailer animation planning and coordination for key launches and commercial moments.
Campaign Implementation & E-Retail Visibility Management
o Support the implementation and follow-up of E-Retail animations, campaign activations, and visibility initiatives across retailers.
o Coordinate asset requests, updates, distribution, and product page enrichment across markets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
o Manage the NAVEE platform to ensure assets, product pages, and retailer visibility remain updated and aligned across export markets.
o Track expired assets and identify visibility optimization opportunities across E-Retail partners to maintain premium brand presence and execution standards.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate campaign implementation across retailers and markets.
CRM, Omnichannel & Operational Initiatives
o Measure and maximize CRM and omnichannel initiatives across E-Retail partners and retailer activations.
o Support the development of loyalty initiatives and CRM plans based on retailer capabilities and client engagement opportunities.
o Align E-Retail execution between Central, regional, and local market teams to ensure consistency across initiatives and activations.
o Support the optimization of operational workflows, execution processes, and regional tools/platforms (i.e. DAM, Dior Latina) to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
o Contribute to strategic projects and operational improvements that enhance regional execution excellence and E-Retail performance.

o Fluent English and Spanish language. French/Portuguese are a plus.
Profile:
o 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, E-Business, or related fields, ideally within luxury, beauty,
fashion, or FMCG industries.
o Experience in online sales and/or E-Wholesale environments preferred.
o Commercial & Business oriented.
o Strong analytical and data-driven profile.
o Knowledge of the luxury and beauty industries.
o Understanding of E-Commerce ecosystems, retailer platforms, and digital media environments
