Job Description
As an HR Controlling Analyst, you will support financial planning and analysis activities related to workforce costs across multiple business units in North America. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Controlling & Compensation, this entry-level role is designed to build your skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting while learning how HR data connects to business performance. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in headcount and staff cost reporting, analyze variances, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives. This opportunity provides an excellent foundation for career growth into HR Controlling, FP&A, or Total Rewards Finance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining key monthly HR reporting packages to support daily tasks related to Finance & Accounting.
- Responsible for validating, and submitting monthly accurate staff costs, headcount, FTE and turnover calculations to internal database for all North America division entities.
- Collaborate with Finance partners to analyze monthly staff cost forecast with actual P&L labor expense to explain variances and identify risks or opportunities.
- Prepare monthly recurring GL entries and accruals to support Accounting Team and EOM closing process.
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure alignment of payroll and employee data across systems.
- Assist with process improvement projects that enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years minimum experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Background in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, while maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Collaborative and creative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple deadlines with proven organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or BI/reporting tools is a plus.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $30-$35/hour
