Your Impact to the role:

  • Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize SEM & SEO across channels
  • Oversee the budget, planning, execution, and optimization of all channel and performance marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement performance marketing social media advertising, Affiliate Marketing, etc. strategies to drive engagement and conversions
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (campaign, lifcyley, loyalty, SMS campaigns, and any other additional owned marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and maintain channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and automation.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new marketing opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure marketing assets are optimized for maximum performance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

  • 5+ Years of Experience Required in Consumer Insights

You can:

  • Manage eCommerce department across varying disciplines

You possess:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on channel-specific performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising platforms, with a track record of optimizing campaigns for successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of the e-commerce landscape is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.

The salary range for the role is $125,000 - $140,000 USD.
