LBeauty, a Joint Venture between LVMH and Luxasia, handles 6 brands of perfumes and cosmetics of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Benefit, Givenchy and Fresh) within 7 markets in South East Asia.

Opportunities & Exposure 

FP&A 

• Ensure Month-End Closing review of G&A and Logistics costs for the 6 LBeauty entities 

• Analyse the main variances vs. last year and budget and obtain explanation  

• Enhance the follow-up of Logistics and IT costs 

• Help in monthly Consolidation & Reporting with a focus on Sales 

• Help in maintaining the Sell-out (BISO) platform 

Others 

• Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data 

• Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration  

• Ad hoc analysis and project follow up 

Requirements 

• Able to commit full time 6 months of internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026 

• Good inter-personal and communication skills 

• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines 

• Analytical mind 

• Excel skills are required and experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus 

• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
