Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

1. Marketing Execution 

- Assist in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. 

- Coordinate local marketing activations, including product launches, in-store events, and offline campaigns. 

- Work closely with PR agencies and media partners to secure brand exposure in key publications and platforms. 

- Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure brand alignment in all marketing materials. 

- Organize and manage brand events, ensuring a seamless execution and premium customer experience. 

- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies. 

2. Merchandising & Visual Display 

- Ensure premium in-store merchandising execution that aligns with brand's luxury positioning. 

- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines for retail stores and boutiques. 

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure the best product presentation and storytelling at the point of sale. 

- Monitor stock levels of marketing and merchandising materials to ensure timely replenishment. 

- Support in designing POSM materials and ensuring their on-time deployment. 

3. Cross-functional Coordination 

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 

- Coordinate with retailers and department stores to ensure proper brand representation. 

- Support training initiatives to ensure sales teams are equipped with brand knowledge and product storytelling. 

- Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to drive engagement and loyalty. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and merchandising, preferably in luxury or beauty brands. 

- Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer behaviors. 

- Excellent communication and project management skills. 

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment. 

- Strong event management skills, ensuring premium execution and customer experience. 

- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance customer engagement and retention. 

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
