PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is required to execute marketing initiatives for new product launches, grow brand awareness and market share. She/He will be responsible for Skincare/Makeup product management (forecasting, timely product registration), Trade marketing & campaign management.

 

Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Forecasting & Product Assortment Management:

- Ensure accuracy and timely submissions of product forecast.

- Close management of local product assortment to ensure timely registration/renewals, update of catalog and deactivation of discontinued items.

- Work with central and local team for product pricing and ensure timely upload of pricing in respective retailer systems.

- Work with local cross function team for monthly order submission to regional warehouse.

- Work with local retail team and regional demand & supply team to ensure regular replenishment in store for selling and non-selling items.

- Follow up with local Regulatory team to ensure timely submission of new launch notification.

- Product sell out analysis & reporting.

 

2. Campaign management:

- Work with cross-function (CRM, Training, Retail, media, PR etc) to develop 360 campaigns for all Skincare/Makeup animations.

- Plan and execute the events to drive increase visibility for Skincare/Makeup categories.

 

3. Trade Marketing

- Assist Marketing Manager on monthly in store Gifts & Sampling plan.

- Manage gifts and samples expenses.

- Prepare marketing collaterals required for in store & cross-function usage.

 

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified University/College degree
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Min 3 years’ experience in Product Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in luxury brands or beauty industry is preferred
