Position: Sales Assistant in a Wedding Agency

Job Description
Your job tasks are:
- Communication with clients: first contact and collection of primary information (briefing)
- Consulting clients on the wedding services provided
- Development and calculation of individual commercial proposals for couples according to the brief in the Panda.doc service (we’ll teach you how to use this program).
- Compilation of various catalogs for couples.
- Search and communication with contractors, confirmation of prices, dates and other information.
- For an additional fee you can help the organizer coordinate the weddings onsite.
What we offer:
- Salary (fix 1300 - 1400 GEL net + bonus from each wedding event).
- Working hours: 5/2 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Work in a cozy company office in the center of Tbilisi (Melikishvili st).
- Trial period: 4 months.

Qualifications
- Work experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or event industry (1-3 years).
- Experience in negotiating and concluding successful deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English and Russian. Georgian will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness for a flexible work schedule.
- Soft skills: multitasking, hard-working, self-organization and optimism.
- Creativity and ability to come up with unique ideas for wedding events.
- Ability to learn new things and find information quickly.
