Position: Sales Manager

 

Jara Accounting has been providing comprehensive business support for its clients since 2017. The history of the company began simultaneously with the start of the Jara Investment Fund project. The fund was created to support the development of small businesses in Georgia. One of the features of the Jara Foundation is the provision of services to those projects in which the foundation is involved. This approach helps to reduce the risks at the stage of starting a business associated with mistakes in the selection of support service providers.

 

Our main specialization is consulting in the field of tax optimization in Georgia, registration of all types of companies and individual entrepreneurs, subsequent accounting and legal services for your business on exclusive terms in a one-stop-shop format.

 

We select the optimal solution for your business, advise on taxes, register a company, carry out the preparation and multi-stage verification of documents required to start a commercial activity, undertake bookkeeping and legal support.

 

 

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily business communication with your own customer pool and new incoming requests.
  • Working with the customer base.
  • Creation and updating of customers' databases.
  • Periodically providing sales reports.
  • Promotion of new products/services to existing customers.

 

Employment Conditions:

  • Salary: GEL 1,500 (Net).
  • Trial Period: up to 6 months.
  • Work in the center of Tbilisi.
  • Bonuses: Available based on performance.
  • Benefits: As defined by the Company's Internal Policies.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant sales role.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships in English and Russian. Georgian will be an advantage. 
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Computer Proficiency: MS Office, CRM.
  • Skills: Critical Thinking; Communication and Negotiation. Analytical Skills; Diplomacy; Multitasking; Flexibility.
