Role – Sr. Engineer / Lead Engineer – piping.

Mandatory tool exp. : “Autocad Plant 3D” – must have.

Some of the activities are as follows…however major activities would be as highlighted

• Review & Updation of Plot Plans.
• Developing Equipment Layout & Area Division Drawings.
• Equipment Modeling, Piping Modeling, Support Marking & ISO Extracting By Using “Autocad Plant3D”
• Piping Study & Modeling for Pipe Rack Piping & Battery Limit Piping , Vessel Piping, Exchanger Piping, Air Fin Cooler Piping, Pump Piping, Compressor piping, Reactor piping ,Flare Piping, Control Valve, PSV Piping & Arrangement of PSV platform.
• Creation of Nozzle Orientation Drawings.
• Review of MDS, Vendor drawings and Process Document like Process P&ID etc.
• Coordination with other departments.
• Support selection for non critical lines & Selection of Secondary Support.
• Checking of piping Isometric Drawing for construction (AFC).
• Preparation of Piping MTO (Bill of material).
• Preparation of piping general arrangement drawings.
