Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to drive growth for value-driven approach for LGI’s Automation Agent business, with a particular emphasis Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business, focusing on both direct sales and strategic partnerships. This role will be pivotal in developing go-to-market strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and cultivating strong alliances with channel partners. You will serve as a leader in the commercial organization, contributing directly to top-line revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close for RCM services.
- Identify and cultivate new enterprise-level prospects within healthcare providers, health systems, physician groups, and other relevant markets.
- Deliver against aggressive revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success Management and Product teams to develop compelling sales materials and positioning.
2. Partner Channel Development
- Build and manage relationships with key partners including technology vendors, consulting firms, and RCM platform providers.
- Design joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives with partner stakeholders.
- Enable partner teams with training, sales support, and joint value propositions.
- Negotiate partner agreements and performance metrics.
3. Strategic Account Management
- In collaboration with the Customer Success Management team, maintain executive-level relationships with top clients & partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and guide long-term account strategy.
- Serve as the voice of customers & prospects internally, influencing product development and operational improvements.
4. Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence
- Stay abreast of trends in the healthcare RCM landscape including payer dynamics, regulatory updates, and technological innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in RCM sales, account management, or healthcare consulting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, closing large enterprise deals, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows including patient access, coding, billing, AR, denials management, and analytics.
- Experience building and executing partner/channel sales programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - An excellent fluent level of English is required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships with U.S. healthcare providers, payers, or health systems.
- Familiarity with major EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and RCM platforms.
- Experience in BPO or RCM outsourcing services.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
