What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
As a Senior Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Talent Attraction and Acquisition. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process, all while providing a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will lead branding initiatives related to talent acquisition, ensuring the organization's identity stands out while contributing to various culture and talent-driven projects.
How will your contributions be showcased?
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending verbal and written offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of recruitment needs, creating tailored strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates for upcoming roles.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment journey, from initial engagement to final offer, promoting the company’s commitment to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive culture.
- Cultivate relationships with key educational institutions, attend career fairs, and represent the company at relevant industry events, serving as a passionate brand ambassador and connecting with emerging talent.
- Lead and enhance employer branding initiatives by curating a compelling company narrative that showcases the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the job market.
- Integrate diversity and inclusion perspectives into recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool that brings various perspectives and backgrounds to enrich our company's culture
- Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on the use of recruitment systems and best practices.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and culture and talent.
Qualifications
What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and proven ability to source and hire candidates in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent marketing.
- Experience in IT recruitment, with an understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, agile, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, all while being a team player.
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and planning skills.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
