What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

Our FMMS team's main mandate is to develop, maintain, and support solutions aimed primarily at healthcare establishments. As part of this team, you will be involved in maintaining products used throughout Quebec. You'll work actively on software maintenance projects, while also taking part in application support, including investigating incidents and anomalies encountered by our customers and the processing and rapid resolution of requests. 

How will your contributions be showcased?

• Participate in maintenance projects. 
• Ensure documentation and technical writing. 
• Conduct team code reviews. 
• Evolve in an Agile Scrum environment and participate in associated ceremonies. 
• Participate in process improvement. 
• Participate in application support.
• Reproduce and diagnose problems or anomalies described by first-level support or the customer. 
• Investigate and analyze problems and apply solutions. 
• Create change requests and enhancement requests. 
• Contribute, as required, during deployments.
• Develop scripts to query and correct data, as well as extract and convert data. 

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or DEC in computer science. 
• Minimum experience of three (3) years in application development, maintenance, and support. 
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. 
• Knowledge of Oracle databases. 
• Knowledge of Delphi. 
• Knowledge of Git. 
• Knowledge of SVN. 
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms (an asset). 
• Knowledge of DevExpress XtraReports (an asset). 
• Knowledge of material and financial resource management applications (an asset). 
• Desire to work as part of a team and to collaborate closely with various stakeholders. 
• Creativity, autonomy, team spirit, curiosity, and experience in Agility. 
• Good analytical skills. 
• Good priority management skills. 
• Availability, flexibility, and autonomy. 
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues. (Fluent French is essential. Conversational English is required).
