What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
As a specialist, you will combine technical expertise and leadership to orchestrate the successful implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) at LGI Health Solutions, used by sales, customer support, and professional services teams. You will be in charge of the technical intricacies of D365, but will also be the link between internal customers (super users and business process owners) and suppliers. Your proactive leadership ensures that D365 remains a powerful driver of success for the organization.
How will your contributions be showcased?
Stakeholder interaction management:
- Strategic alignment: Proactively identifies business needs and challenges, collaborating with stakeholders early in the process.
- Needs assessment: Actively listens to internal customers, understanding their pain points and aspirations.
- Solution selection: Collaborates with stakeholders to choose the most suitable D365 solution design.
- Change management: Promotes organizational change related to D365 adoption.
- Partnership building: Cultivates strong relationships, positioning IT as a driver of business success.
- Trusted advisor: Provides expert advice on technical solutions, guiding stakeholders towards optimal results.
- Challenge management: Handles difficult situations, escalations, and conflicts between stakeholders with aplomb and seniority.
Technical expertise :
- Solution creation: Programs or configures features to provide internal customers or systems with the functionality required to meet business needs.
- Supplier Management: Oversees external suppliers, ensuring effective day-to-day support and delivery of system implementations and modifications.
- Challenge and Validation: Has the technical understanding to challenge suppliers when necessary, ensuring the best implementation decisions.
- Solution design: Independently develop technical solution designs using D365 capabilities.
- Complexity assessment: Assesses the complexity of changes and initiatives, balancing feasibility and impact.
Project Management and documentation review :
- Implementations:
- Project Manager Support: Supports the System Project Manager for all new implementations or change requests.
- Project phase management: Leads the analysis, creation, quality assurance, and implementation phases of projects.
- Functional analysis: Carries out and completes the functional analysis prior to the realization of the most complex requirements, in order to establish the various configurations required, the risks, and the technological limits of the software.
- Quality assurance of documentation:
- Review and improvement: Meticulously reviews system documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Collaborative writing: Although not always the main author, actively contributes to the improvement of documentation.
- Knowledge base maintenance: Maintains a solid knowledge base, reinforcing Level 1 support.
System leadership:
- System management and proactive outlook:
- Level 2 support: Provides support for Level 2 systems.
- System monitoring: Leads the ongoing management of D365, including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Proactive status updates: Provides regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting system performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Recommendations: Propose strategic recommendations to optimize D365, aligning with evolving business needs.
Qualifications
What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or college degree with relevant experience.
- 7-10 years combined experience in CRM implementation, management, or support.
- Experience in managing system implementations and operations.
- Relationship management with internal customers.
- Contribution to system architecture strategy.
- Significant experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages).
- Knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
- Experience in creating and managing data models.
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts independently.
- Organizational skills and ability to participate in projects or coordinate implementations.
- Stakeholder management skills and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with internal customers.
- Proactively provide recommendations for improvements or solutions.
- Able to collaborate with suppliers to deliver services.
- Ability to mobilize support from own and other teams.
- Able to identify and assess risks.
- Understands business context and processes and can contextualize them with technical functional requirements.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
