What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
We are looking for a Senior Channel Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our network of partners in the US, EU, and Canada. Our focus will be on the US and EU. You will work closely with our partners, our channel sales reps, as well as the broader organization including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure we maximize our sales presence within our partners. You will also provide strategic guidance and sales support to our partners and help them achieve their sales, marketing, and revenue goals.
How will your contributions be showcased?
- Develop and execute channel strategies and plans for targeting markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, including distributors, resellers, integrators, and consultants.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to channel sales reps and partners on our products, value proposition, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and report on channel performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between channel partners and internal teams.
- Coordinate and participate in joint sales activities and events with channel partners and customers.
- Manage contract negotiations and interact with internal teams as well as channels
- Travel to partner and customer locations as needed, although most work is done virtually.
Qualifications
What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or sales in healthcare IT including robot process automation.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing partner revenue.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: Ideally in Montreal, but open to candidates across Canada.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
