What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
At LGI Healthcare Solutions, we value the delivery of superior customer service and are committed to the successful operation of our computer systems. We are seeking an IT Support Intern to assist our clients with questions and issues regarding computer systems, hardware, and software. The Intern will work remotely with clients, guiding them through system setup and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues efficiently. We are looking for excellent problem solvers with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
How will your contributions be showcased?
- Provide rapid and effective assistance with computer systems;
- Guide clients remotely through system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance;
- Listen carefully to clients’ questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions;
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to higher-level staff;
- Produce technical documentation for recurring issues that enter the ticketing system;
- Set up multiple workstations for upgrade preparation;
- Represent LGI Healthcare Solutions with professionalism and integrity while helping to advance our corporate mission.
Qualifications

- Troubleshooting ability and analytical skills;
- Good customer service skills;
- The ability to break down technical processes and provide clear, step-by-step instructions;
- A patient and friendly demeanor with a great capacity for listening;
- Good organizational skills and autonomy;
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service;
- Desire to learn new technologies and systems;
- Familiarity with various platforms like Microsoft Exchange / SharePoint / Teams / Azure / Intune / Active Directory / Windows / Microsoft365;
- Familiarity with MacOS/iOS would be an asset;
- Familiarity with Jira Helpdesk/Confluence would be an asset;
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
