What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

As a proven sales contributor with great energy and initiative to build a territory, you'll drive the sales cycles and close business. Working with the Sales Director, you will formulate and execute a strategy to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities to drive business growth. You must be a highly motivated individual, capable of generating revenue within an assigned region to meet and exceed sales quotas.

How will your contributions be showcased?

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives, including quarterly and annual sales targets by initiating and completing the sales process.  Responsibilities include prospecting (a “hunter” mentality), qualifying opportunities, scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, understanding client business needs, developing solutions and proposals, accurate forecasting, and overcoming objections to close the sale.
  • Penetrate new accounts and help organizations understand that RPA technology is strategic to their business operations.
  • Identify and build relationships with partners as part of the sales and growth strategy.
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance. Research and seek new opportunities to expand these customer relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor messaging and positioning.
  • Extensive use of Salesforce CRM to track all opportunities, leads, activities, forecasts, etc.


What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven quota attainment, preferably within the healthcare industry (RPA experience is highly desirable).
  • Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM), a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • An intuitive, tenacious, and competitive mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
