What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the Business Solutions Advisor (Architectural Sales Representative)’s role is to lead the presales activity and take part in the sales cycle of the company’s solutions in order to drive improved business results.

How will your contributions be showcased?

  • Supporting sales activities for all Large Complex deals.
  • Formulating and leading presales support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Developing solutions for large and complex sales opportunities.
  • Developing and delivering outstanding presentations and demonstrations as needed.
  • Participating in any and all aspects of the technical & pricing sales process.
  • Advising internal and external clients on overall solutions.
  • Providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying the solution to client business.
  • Facilitating client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provisioning of support throughout the sale.
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
  • Creating presentations to present solutions to customer executives.
  • Developing long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence.
  • Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, software requirements & processes.
  • Formulating high quality bids and proposals.
  • Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort.
  • Developing webinars/marketing material.
  • Presenting client and partner events as required.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (computer science, business, etc.) or other relevant equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of RPA experience (Robotic Process Automation).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare background.
  • Ability to work well within a team selling framework, while following the assigned lead salesperson.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to summarize and popularize concepts and presentations in a professional manner during client meetings, both online and in person.
  • Skilled with PowerPoint presentations.
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
