Job Description

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially minded marketing leader to shape and deliver our regional marketing approach across EMEA, while also guiding our Regional Marketing Manager community globally!

In this role, you’ll balance strategic direction with hands‑on delivery. You’ll help create clarity and consistency across regions, while leading the day‑to‑day marketing strategy and execution for EMEA in close partnership with our sales and commercial teams.

Together, we translate market insight and customer feedback into meaningful campaigns and activities that support demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes. At the same time, you’ll help bring structure, shared ways of working, and pace to regional marketing worldwide, ensuring strong alignment with our global strategy, brand, and commercial priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, working cross‑functionally, and contributing directly in a key region. You’ll report to the Director, Growth Marketing and work closely with senior commercial leaders across the organisation.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of the EMEA marketing strategy and annual plan, leading delivery and performance across the region while influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

You’ll support and guide Regional Marketing Managers across the Americas and China/APAC, helping to create shared standards, clearer priorities, and consistent ways of working across regions.

Working closely with sales and commercial teams, you’ll help shape growth priorities, improve lead quality and conversion, and strengthen regional market presence.

You’ll adapt global campaigns for regional audiences, using local insight to tailor messaging, channels, and execution so activity remains relevant and effective.

You’ll use data, analytics, and CRM insight to track performance, optimise activity, and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.

You’ll also collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns, events, and targeted regional initiatives. For EMEA events, you’ll oversee planning and delivery, with a strong focus on measuring return on investment.

What we’re looking for

We’re open to different career paths and experiences. To succeed in this role, you’ll likely bring several of the following:

  • Experience leading regional or multi‑country marketing strategy and delivery in a complex environment
  • People leadership experience, including developing and supporting experienced marketing professionals
  • A strong track record of working with sales or commercial teams to support demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Broad marketing experience across planning, campaign delivery, insight, optimisation, and performance reporting
  • The ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes and business priorities
  • Confidence working in a global, matrixed organisation and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to around 25%)

Experience in B2B, life sciences, technical, or regulated markets is helpful but not essential. Additional languages and experience working across multiple regions are also welcomed.

Skills you’ll use day to day

You’ll bring a strategic mindset, with the ability to turn business priorities into clear and practical marketing plans.

You’ll be a supportive people leader who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and aligning teams around shared goals.

You’ll work collaboratively and build trusted relationships across marketing, sales, technical, and leadership teams.

You’ll be comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve performance.

You’ll also be organised and adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications

We welcome candidates with a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional marketing qualifications are an advantage but not required.

You’ll have strong written and spoken English, around five years of marketing experience, and at least two years in a marketing leadership role. Additional languages are a plus.

    What we offer

We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports your wellbeing, development, and work‑life balance. You’ll also have access to learning and development opportunities and the chance to grow your career within a global organisation.
