Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and play a key role in corporate transactions, M&A activity, and financial legal matters. We believe in collaboration, innovation, and critical thinking, and we want someone who is ready to take ownership, work with senior leaders, and drive meaningful legal initiatives that support our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Legal & Risk team, you will work closely with business leaders, helping to navigate complex corporate and financial matters while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. You will provide expert legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financing transactions, and play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

  • We trust you to advise on M&A, financing, tax, and inter-company transactions, ensuring they align with our long-term objectives.
  • We count on you to partner with our Corporate Development, Finance & Treasury teams, acting as a key legal advisor in high-impact business decisions.
  • You will manage external legal counsel, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration on complex legal matters.
  • You will play a central role in refining and improving legal processes, working with our General Counsel and Head of Legal Strategy & Transformation.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a legal expert who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and who thrives on solving complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

  • You have at least 8 years PQE and are qualified in UK or US law, with strong experience in M&A, corporate finance, and transactional law.
  • You bring deep expertise in corporate finance, tax, and inter-company transactions, and can advise on these matters with precision.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex legal issues into clear and actionable insights.
  • You are a skilled negotiator and communicator, able to influence team members and provide guidance that balances risk and commercial priorities.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy working closely with senior business leaders.
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve legal processes and drive efficiencies.
