Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is a six-month fix-term role to cover the maternity leave for current employee. This role is responsible to proactive support sales lead to drive the sales performance, initiate marketing and promotion activities with distributors. All tasks should be in alignment with the company’s strategy and be designed to achieve maximum effectiveness and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the sales of LGC reference materials, implement the sales strategies formulated by the company, and achieve sales growth.
- Take the initiative to understand customers' needs, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Conduct effective customer management.
- Keep abreast of the market and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATION
- A bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical analytical chemistry; a master's degree is preferred.
- With 3 to 5 years or more of sales experience in the life sciences industry.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to adapt to a teamwork-oriented working environment.
- Be able to adapt to business trips.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing is preferred.
- Have experience in using daily customer management tools such as Salesforce and CRM..
