Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is a six-month fix-term role to cover the maternity leave for current employee.
This role is responsible to proactive support BU heads in APAC region regarding talent management and recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, employee relationship, legal compliance with local labor laws and overall adherence to policies and procedures as well as office admin management. All tasks should be in alignment with the company’s strategy and be designed to achieve maximum effectiveness and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll: supervise and review payroll process for APAC region, ensuring alignment with the headquarters’ compensation guidelines.
- Recruitment: partner with global TA and hiring manager to manage the recruitment process.
- Onboarding and offboarding: oversee the onboarding and offboarding process in APAC region, ensuring all HR and administration tasks are completed efficiently. Manage arbitration cases and liaise with legal counsel for resolution.
- Performance review support: assist BU head to lead the team in conducting annual performance review and remuneration review
- Learning & Development: support implement training programs and people development to meet organization’s needs
- Project support: partner with BU head to manage the office relocation
- Admin: responsible for office management, workplace well-being, organize events and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Strong knowledge on China labor Law.
- Experience in HR field above 5 years is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Good English in both oral and written.
- Self-motivated, sense of quick learning and ownership.
- Proactive and able to meet the deadline under pressure.
