Your Responsibilities:

✨ Drive Continuous Improvement: Take charge of coordinating and continuously improving our processes to maintain ISO 9001 certification. Your independent involvement will ensure our Quality Management (QM) concept remains consistent and effective.

✨ Master QMS Management: Become the guardian of our Quality Management System (QMS) documents and records. Review and approve changes, ensuring alignment with our rigorous standards.

✨ Champion Compliance: Handle non-conformance reports, audits, and customer complaints with finesse. Your goal? Ensure every aspect aligns with ISO 9001 requirements, leaving no room for compromise.

✨ Harness Technology: Manage our eQMS system, including the CAPA system. Hold CAPA status meetings, ensuring timely completion, and evaluate actions taken to maintain our high standards.

✨ Analyse Quality Metrics: Dive into data and trend analyses, compiling insights into quality target metrics and other KPIs. Your knack for numbers will drive informed decisions and further elevate our quality standards.

✨ Present Excellence: Showcase our commitment to quality in management reviews. Your presentations will highlight achievements, challenges, and strategies for continual improvement.

Your Experience:

🎓 Completed an apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or a University Degree in a biological or related discipline—or equivalent expertise.

🌟 Previous work experience in a leadership quality role within biotechnology, medical device, or pharmaceutical companies.
