Job Description

As a Business Development Executive based in the UK, you'll embark on a journey blending account management with strategic business development.

About the role

Champion and improve relationships with our key account clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and facilitating their growth aspirations. Collaborating closely with our PT Key Account Manager, you'll develop continuous improvement initiatives, setting the bar for outstanding account management practices.

Collaborate with our Commercial Director and Global Business Development Manager to craft tailored solutions for new high-potential accounts, orchestrating our expansion into untapped markets.

A keen analytical background and sales prowess, you'll be responsible for the charge in acquiring new business within the UK market, armed with strategic planning and negotiation and your expertise will be instrumental in preparing engaging presentations and proposals, detailing actions meticulously as you navigate the sales process seamlessly.

To thrive in this role, you'll have...

  • A background in analytical science or hands-on laboratory experience, coupled with a confirmed grasp of relevant ISO standards.
  • Success hinges on your sales background and competence in leading commercial relationships, and proactive approach to idea formulation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are paramount, as is the flexibility to travel within Europe.
