Job Description
- Provides relevant information about competition, customers and market development for all affected parties and support the development of the account plan
- Checks and tracks customer requirements, RfQ pre-conditions and customer project portfolio development in order to identify and verify potential new opportunities
- Negotiates product changes with the customer and collect purchase orders from customers for administration by sales support
- Delivers relevant input for strategic business planning, develops measures for margin improvements and negotiates these
- Supports negotiation preparation and documentation for arbitration of customer volume/demand in order to optimize LEONI production costs (S&OP and MPS) is needed
- Collects from customer feedback and relevant data and collects in cases of improvement needs/ escalation the status of measures/escalations LEONI internally for tracking
- Identifies and categorizes customer claims together with all relevant stakeholders
- Manages and administrates all relevant sales data in the respective systems
- Is responsible for the pricing towards the customer and collects on-time cash from the customers
- Is responsible for the offer preparation (RFP, RFQ gathering information up to nomination)
- Supports business plan creation and maintenance through complete product life cyle and after market
- Collects and validates information for possible customer claims, edits and negotiates these (claim management)
- Represents the Sales department as core team member in projects
Qualifications
- University degree in a technical field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- English proficiency level: C1
- Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
