We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support our global operations across multiple locations. As the primary contact for enterprise network issues, the Systems Engineer will ensure system reliability and deliver exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude. Candidates should be able to:

• Server infrastructure: Maintain and support 24x7 high‑availability environments.
• Monitoring & support: Perform monitoring, isolate issues, and provide 2nd‑level support via internal ticketing.
• Linux administration: Install, configure, and manage corporate Linux systems, applications, and standard software.
• Storage & services: Handle disk management (LVM, iSCSI), file shares (SMB, CIFS, NFS), and services (SSH, FTP, Samba, HTTP).
• Best practices: Ensure documentation, certificates management, and adherence to IT best practices, including configuration, release management, and change control.

• Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or related.
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent communication skill in English (Both Written and Verbal)
• Experience in Linux (RedHat, Alma, CentOS, Debian)
• Experience in Storage (3PAR,NETAPP,IBM,etc)
• Experience with Database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle)
• Overall knowledge in Microsoft, Directory Systems, and Virtualization Technologies
