As an AI Consultant – Tech Expert, you will be the technical backbone and community catalyst of LEONI’s global AI and citizen development initiative. Your mission is to ensure the transformation is technically sound, well understood, and actively driven by business users worldwide.
You will provide tools, training, and technical expertise to enable innovation and automation at scale, while engaging and supporting users to maximize adoption and impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working with people, and making a real impact in a global organization.

Your tasks:

• Evaluate, set up, and maintain a best-in-class toolkit for automation, RPA, and AI (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, GenAI platforms);
• Contribute to a Citizen Dev Knowledge Hub with technical best practices, documentation, blueprints, and how-to content;
• Act as a thought leader by exploring emerging AI/automation trends and translating them into practical solutions for the business;
• Design, organize, and run community initiatives such as global challenges, dashboards, expert-sharing sessions, office hours, and community meetups;
• Act as a culture champion, promoting change adoption and storytelling that inspires people to see themselves as part of the transformation;
• Bridge the gap between business and IT by clarifying and assessing business requests and requirements for AI and automation use cases;
• Collaborate with IT New Technologies Service Component owner and other stakeholders to align citizen development and AI solutions with enterprise standards, governance, and roadmaps.

Your skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Power BI) and experience with RPA tools and intelligent automation (MS Power Automate, plus awareness of other tools and their limitations);
• Solid understanding and broad knowledge of Generative AI and GenAI tools (e.g., MS 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, ChatGPT, GPT4All, open-source tools). Experience with Agentic AI is a plus;
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in programming languages and scripting, especially Python and VBA; experience working with APIs and relational/non-relational databases is a plus;
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, both verbal and written, with a knack for making complex topics feel simple and actionable;
• Empathetic mindset with strong user-centric thinking, especially when it comes to technology and change;
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills (e.g., running workshops, meetups, or training sessions);
• Experience in change management, digital adoption, internal communications, or community building.
