- Manages and supervises the Production Preparation org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Preparation
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Preparation
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for Production Preparation on country level
- Ensures the implementation of LEONI Operating System in the country organization
- Ensures activities for production preparation
- Drives improvement initiatives regarding production preparation activities

• Education Level : Mechanical / electrical engineer or at least 10 years of experience in the field
• Language: English & French
• Experience : Min 7 years with a management experience at least 3 years

• Specific criteria : Management position in the field (installation, programming, configuration, and maintenance of production equipment, assembly) with at least 5 years of experience.
