Job Description
I. Lead client facing change projects
You will:
- Build a deep understanding of your clients' situation, facilitate a strong dialogue, and be a coach for your key stakeholders
- Guide projects as a senior team member from a holistic point of view
- Apply your industry or subject matter expertise and develop new tools and approaches
- Scout new business opportunities and territories
- Deliver client workshops such as senior executive meetings and top team alignment workshops
II. Lead inwards
- Be a key contributor in driving our playful, sharp, and open-hearted identity
- Feel responsible for fostering and growing a great company with a unique culture
- Acquire new projects and drive business development activities based on established, own client portfolio and ensure a good balance of sectors (start-ups, scale-ups, medium and large corporates, NGOs, public-and social sector) as well as purposeful and impactful collaborations
- Be co-responsible for decisions related to business strategy, people and impact
- Steer the organization and give (strategic) guidance
- Act as a development partner for project leads and consultants
Qualifications
Background & Capabilities
- 7+ years of practical experience at a well-known consulting firm, as an independent change consultant and trainer/facilitator
- Experience in a line function in the fields of management, HR, organizational development, new work or adult learning across different sectors is an advantage
- Established client base and strong track record and interest in business development
- A demonstrated interest in socio-political or high impact topics, especially in relation to leadership, change management or entrepreneurship
- Expertise in leading and facilitating groups in a formal managing position, project context and as a senior facilitator of workshops
- Track record in successfully leading and managing projects and related teams
- Very good German and English language skills
