Job Description
- Shift Time: Starts at 9:30 AM | Ends by 7:30 PM (Maximum shift length is 10 hours, though most shifts average 8–9 hours. All routes must be completed within 10.0 hours from clock‑in to clock‑out with 100% delivery completion.)
- Location: Arden, NC (Asheville Regional Airport) is our terminal where the shift begins and ends each day
- Route Delivery Area: Routes are primarily in Upstate SC, but vary based on client demand—no set routes or territories
- Weekly Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: 3-4 shifts/week (up to 40 hrs)
- Part-Time: 2–3 shifts/week (up to 30 hrs)
- Set Weekly Schedule: We operate 361 days/year. Sample full-time rotations:
[Sun–Mon–Fri–Sat | Sun–Mon–Thurs–Fri | Sun–Thurs–Fri–Sat] [Mon-Tues-Wed-Sat]
What it takes...- Lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Walk 10,000+ steps/day, including stairs, apartments, long driveways
- Climb in and out of the van repeatedly, along with lifting, bending, stooping, etc.
- Power through any weather, terrain, or driving conditions
- Use mobile apps to navigate, scan, and track performance
- Think on your feet, solve problems fast, and deliver results
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Clean driving record (MVR) last 7 years needs to be clear
- Background check nationwide (last 7 years - no charges/convictions!)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Have reliable transportation to and from our terminal
