A Continuous Improvement Engineer analyzes a company's processes and makes suggestions on how to improve them, working with the Operations and Supply Chain teams in recognizing opportunities, making and implementing changes, and sustaining improvements.

Major Responsibilities:

• Execute activities for the development, implementation and monitoring of the Continuous  Improvement System, which include:

• Design and implementation of supply chain systems.
• Implementation of The Lacroix Production systems
• Layout &  Manufacturing Cells  optimization
• Conduct Kaizen workshops
  • 7 Wastes elimination
  • 5S
  • SMED.
  • VSM (Value Stream Map).

• Execution of training workshops on continuous improvement
• Follow the guidelines of the environmental management, safety and occupational health system

Required education/Experience/Skills

• Industrial Engineer or similar with experience in an automotive environment
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge in Ergonomics.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Adaptability and Flexibility in Changing Environments. 
• Experience on logistic and material Flow workshop (Must)
• Good communication and coaching skills in Spanish,
• Pro-active and autonomous
