Job Description

LACROIX Electronics North America is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager.

You will manage the Supply Chain for the Electronics activity in the North America zone (3 factories in Mexico and USA).

In a context of a wide variety of references, with high mix/low volume production issues, you will be responsible for defining the Supply Chain's strategic orientations and implementing them, with the aim of optimizing, inventories flows and customer satisfaction.

Your main missions are :

  • Define standards and work methods to support processes (S&OP, SCM, VMI, CMI, PDP),
  • Define and implement actions to optimize inventory management, and ensure that inventory reduction targets are met,
  • Work closely with the Purchasing, Production, Methods and Sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction through compliance with Quality, Cost and Delivery commitments,
  • Support Purchasing / Supply teams in managing the risk of material shortages,
  • Ensure the best possible logistics flows by helping to draw up customer logistics contracts,
  • Propose tools to improve performance and monitor Supply Chain objectives.

Qualifications

The person we are looking for : 

  • Demonstrates at least 10 years' experience in a supply chain management position in an industrial subcontracting sector in an international environment, 
  • Has worked in constrained industrial environments of excellence (automotive, technology industry, subcontracting, etc.), 
  • Has successfully reduced and optimized inventories, 
  • Is strongly oriented towards customer satisfaction, 
  • Is ideally familiar with the electronics subcontracting sector and its upstream and downstream logistics processes.

The skills we're looking for : 

  • Mastery of S&OP tools and production plan modeling,
  • Managerial skills, ability to develop teams, including functional teams, 
  • Knowledge of SCM, S&OP & PDP/PIC tools is essential, 
  • Very good knowledge of inter- and intra-company flow management, 
  • Very good command of ERP (Plex or similar) and supply chain applications ("what if", etc.), 
  • Audit skills and good knowledge of Quality and Lean tools will be highly appreciated.
