Job Description

Kynite LLC, a US based technology solutions company is looking for Business Analyst/ Jr. Product owner to expand its India team, in order to support product development for its US healthcare clients.

HealthCare Business Analyst – Junior Product Owner
Candidates must know US Healthcare business

Act as primary business analyst/ product manager and effectively run business analysis, system analysis, project management, requirements gathering, story writing, status reports. Maintain the Product Development Lifecycle for each product under management Use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to be part of a world class healthcare product development. Lead daily scrum meetings, sprint planning activities. Collaborate with business SME’s, Developers, Architect to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features. Specify, prioritize and communicate product requirements using tools consistent with the Agile development methodology.
Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter that is a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic.
• Experienced in developing business cases with demonstrable business acumen
• Experience in writing logical, detailed and complete product requirements
• He/she has the confidence and knowledge to successfully own the product
• Comfortable with ambiguity and challenge Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills Results oriented leader with exception integrity and maturity
• Good time management and prioritization capabilities
• Skilled in cross-department and cross-functional collaboration Demonstrated success launching technology products
• Able to conduct primary market research to develop and prioritize product features
• Understands technology and how it supports the product Able to work at strategic and tactical levels and to move between these levels with ease.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-visibility fast-paced, fluid environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years product owner experience in an Agile environment
• Subject matter expertise
• Strong leadership and consensus building skills; project management, business analysis, story writing, status reports, product management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a product line
• Clinical background not required but a strong plus
• Nice to have Experience with working US clients, healthcare applications
