Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • UE Passaport, Job Seeker Visa for Portugal or Residence Card in Portugal

  • Native or fluent in Turkish (both written and spoken)

  • English B2 or C1

  • Minimum: High School Diploma

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

  • Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable using computer systems and technology

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
