Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Kubermatic, you get the opportunity to lead the initial outreach to targeted accounts working closely with the rest of our Marketing and also our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipelines for Kubermatic’s Sales organization.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Implement creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the Marketing and Sales funnel through online campaigns, channel marketing, or other measures
  • Own the demand generation funnel and outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop channel marketing and partner marketing strategy for increasing demand through partnerships

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • Passionate about automation and creating high-volume leads
  • Familiar with or ready to learn Hubspot to help the team manage leads, email campaigns, and analytics
  • Not afraid to dig around in data to help create reports for the team meetings
