• Expand the customer portfolio and project pool by following up on projects,

• Be in active communication with potential customers and sectoral platforms,

• Achieve annual sales targets determined by the company,

• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on after-sales processes,

• Provide solutions by analyzing current customer needs,

• Manage field processes by making construction site visits,

• Make regular reports regarding the region.

• At least 4 years of sales experience (preferably in the construction/wood-based panel sector),

• Graduated from relevant departments of the university,

• Strong communication and negotiation skills,

• Prone to field work and construction site visits,

• Customer-oriented and proactive,

• Able to develop sales-increasing marketing strategies,

• Make regular customer visits in line with sales targets,

• Able to monitor customer satisfaction after sales,

• Able to work in coordination with purchasing, logistics, finance and technical teams,

• Able to use MS Office programs and CRM software,

• Have a class B driver's license and can actively drive,
